This Privacy Policy explains how Lunis Software (Lunis, we, us, or our) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the website at lunis.live (the Website) and contact us through it. The Website is a marketing and product showcase. Our products, Sim Connect and SimControl, may process information under their own notices or agreements, which this policy points to where relevant.
In short: we collect only the information you choose to send us through our forms, plus limited technical data needed to run and protect the Website. We use it to respond to you and to operate the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking.
When you submit the contact or demo form, we receive the details you enter, which may include your name, email address, company or venue name, location, the number of rigs you operate, your preferred sim platform, and the contents of your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include.
This Website does not use a database. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider, and are not stored in a separate datastore by this site.
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers automatically log basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your request. We use this to deliver the site, diagnose problems, and protect against abuse.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a human is submitting a form. Turnstile may process limited technical signals from your browser to tell humans and automated traffic apart. It is designed to work without tracking you across sites.
This Website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We store your light or dark theme preference in your browser using local storage, which stays on your device. Any strictly necessary cookies are used only to keep the site working and secure.
